A Dynamic Invasive Weeds Optimization Applied to Null Control of Linear Antenna Arrays with Constrained DRR

In the present work, a dynamic stochastic method is proposed and used for synthesis of uniform linear antenna arrays. The combines classical invasive weeds (IWO) mutation process, which makes it robust, simple shows flexibility to be adapted. IWO applies process in calculation standard deviation during spatial dispersal produced seeds while keeping mean at parent plants. if special conditions were achieved, would re-initialized. This tries achieve an optimal array pattern by acting on relative amplitude excitation each element inter-element spacing. has deep or broad nulls some directions interferences with low sidelobes level. objective get excitations range ratio (DRR), facilitates design beamforming feed network. To illustrate robustness method, numerical examples are presented compared obtained results using bees algorithm (BA), bacterial foraging (BFA), real genetic (RGA), corresponding reference example.
